Telephonic Interpretation

The School District of Philadelphia offers free access to telephonic interpretation. Pacific Interpreters are available to provide interpretation services over the phone when there is no bilingual staff available. We provide free telephonic interpretation in over 180 languages. If the language needed is unable to be identified, an agent will be available to speak with the parent over the phone. Agents are also available to conduct conference calls with parents and staff.

For access to telephonic interpretation, call a Pacific Interpreter at 1-800-264-1545 and provide your access code. You can find the code for your school by calling the Translation and Interpretation Center at 215-400-4180 and selecting Option 4.
