Central Office PD Opportunities

Central Office personnel continue to have the opportunity to improve work and relationship skills through high-demand professional development opportunities that will help you: develop soft skills such as leading virtual teams, understanding work styles, and managing conflict; expand your knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion topics such as Achieving Customer Service Excellence, Big Picture Thinking, Communicating with Impact, Creating your Personal Playbook, and Developing an Equity Mindset; and brush up on technical skills including how to use Microsoft Excel and manage your workload. See the training calendars linked to the right sidebar and the description of sessions for the period of January through June.

There are a few things to keep in mind as you consider registering for sessions:

  • The sessions are open to all central office staff.  You should check with your supervisor before scheduling a course.
  • If you cannot attend a session you registered for, please withdraw your registration in the system on the transcript page.
  • All sessions are being offered via Zoom in convenient two-hour blocks. Please be on time.

Use the Employee Portal to log in to Cornerstone and learn more about current sessions and register to attend. Register in Cornerstone using the session titles from the calendar.
