Financial management and reporting support

The Office of Grant Fiscal Services (GFS) provides financial management and reporting support to grant program personnel and schools in accordance with applicable state and federal laws, regulations, and specific grant terms and conditions. GFS helps determine District grant allocations, and provides support and technical assistance to program managers regarding budgets, fiscal reporting and funding projections. GFS also works with the Grant Compliance Office and Office of Non-Public Programs to complete the yearly federal Consolidated Application to request federal funds from the Pennsylvania Department of Education, and to report on expenditure and programmatic activity.
