New electrical wiring, conduit, panels, and accessories to support electrical upgrades. New LED lighting fixtures and all necessary support and low voltage wiring to support the functional lighting system. New LED egress lighting over exit doors at ground level. Remove and replace receptacles indicated on drawings with surface-mounted receptacles. New voice evacuation fire alarm system. Provide additional CAT 6 data devices to classrooms to match the School District’s standard classroom layout. Provide sufficient IP Cameras in hallways, stairs, and exterior spaces. Provide additional receptacles to classrooms to match the School District’s standard classroom layout. Replace existing antiquated panelboards. Generator and 12-foot-high, climb-resistant fence with pad lockable gates. Connect new emergency distribution panel to emergency lighting panels. Remove decommissioned classroom equipment.
