Scope of Work: New two-story addition of 5 classrooms and a new modern multi-function cafeteria. New elevator between old and new building. Complete renovation of the existing building, including lead paint and plaster stabilization, abatement of all known asbestos material, upgraded bathroom facilities, renovation of the gymnasium, masonry repairs, new fire alarm system, new electrical service, and relight of the entire building with LED fixtures.
