Our Mission
The mission of the Office of General Counsel (OGC) is to provide, in an efficient and timely manner, high quality legal advice and representation on litigation and transactional matters affecting the School District and the Intermediate Unit, and to provide legal services to the School Reform Commission.
Our Vision
We are committed to providing the School District and the Board of Education first-rate legal services to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and to assist all District offices in achieving their objectives for the benefit of the children of Philadelphia.
