About Us

Our Mission

The Grant Fiscal Services Office supports the mission of the School District of Philadelphia to deliver to every child in Philadelphia an excellent public-school education by providing administrative services for grants.  The responsibilities of the Grant Fiscal Services Office include budget preparation, budget monitoring, budget reporting, revenue collection, records management, financial reporting, cash flow forecasting, preparation of grant applications, and participation in federal, state and local audits.  We are guided in the use and administration of grant resources by the policies and procedures of the School District of Philadelphia, Federal Agencies, Pennsylvania State Agencies and the City of Philadelphia.

Our Goals

The goal of the Grant Fiscal Services Office is to assist staff in meeting The School District of Philadelphia’s educational goals through the usage of grant resources by providing timely, efficient and accurate financial and management services in compliance with School District of Philadelphia, Federal, State and Local policies and procedures.
