Amy Virus (far right), Manager of Administrative and Support Services, quickly shifted her team’s focus to sourcing and planning grab and go meals over the course of a weekend. Lisa Norton (far left), Manager of Operations, took the training department to the next level by introducing virtual training and installing 250 webcams and speakers in all school kitchens. When faced with financial losses, James Doosey (middle left), Financial Operations Officer, supported the application of new grant funds to lessen the Division’s financial burden.
