At the start of the pandemic, it was the Training department’s idea (and subsequently executed plan) that took the Food Service Division to the next level by introducing virtual training and installing 250 webcams and speakers in all school kitchens. The Training Department was able to continually meet with and train our employees on COVID protocol, cleaning procedures, distribution processes and service models when the students returned to the classroom.
