Andrew Bland has been a Building Engineer with the School District of Philadelphia since 1995.  During this time Mr. Bland has been assigned to numerous schools throughout the District. Andrew’s hard work, level of knowledge, and attention to detail have made him a go-to resource for his peers and managers. No matter the job, he can be relied on to complete the task with accuracy and precision. Andrew’s knowledge and understanding of boilers, HVAC units, and other mechanical components have taken him across the City to offer service in many District buildings when needed. Andrew’s dedication and efforts are fueled by his sincerest hope to make schools safer, offer a more productive environment our children can thrive in, and any problem that may arise in the process.
