We are nearing the close of a very unique and challenging school year. In November of 2021, we held our summer programming opening discussion with academic leadership. The District will once again be offering summer credit recovery, Extended School Year (ESY) programs, COVID Compensatory, Summer Bridge, Newcomer programming, Summer Learning, Kindergarten, and Out of School Time (OST) programs. The final list of buildings that will be utilized for these programs is still being finalized.

Providing a space for these programs will create a timing challenge with regard to ensuring that our buildings are ready to welcome students and staff back for the upcoming school year, but the Facilities team plans to rise to the task as they always do. In addition, the Facilities Department is purchasing custodial equipment to replace non-operable and obsolete equipment in preparation for summer work.
