Facilities launched the Site-Specific Facility Management Plan (SSFMP) last year, in July 2021. This program has proven to be a valuable tool that enables us to standardize and identify the tasks needed to maintain our buildings, as well as various metrics to measure the quality of the services we provide. After a year in service, we are currently working to update the SSFMP to represent the lessons learned from version 1. The SSFMP will allow Facilities to provide more equitable and consistent services amongst our buildings so that when the question “How are the children?” is asked, Facilities can say with all confidence “All the children are well.”
