Leave

Employees are accrued leave based on collective bargaining agreements and School District policy. Rules for accrual and adjustment are listed in this section.
Adjustments

Adjustments to absence coding in prior pay periods must be submitted by payroll administrator and processed by the Payroll Department.
Termination Pay

The School District of Philadelphia compensates terminating employees who have unused balances in their leave banks and were not overpaid during their tenure.
Retroactive Payments

Retroactive pay refers to back pay or money owed to an employee because of a pay increase. Forms only available to administrators.
