Randee began her career as a high school teacher in Philadelphia in 1993. She has taught mathematics, entrepreneurship, web design and graphic design. She also served as her school’s TTL for six years. Her passion and aptitude for integrating technology into her classroom, as well as her deftness for helping fellow teachers do the same, got her noticed by the Office of Educational Technology. She joined them as a Technology Integration Specialist in 2014.

Randee spent the next three years supporting twenty-eight of the District’s high schools. She worked with school-based staff, including administrators, teachers, and instructional support personnel, helping them to integrate the technology they had available in the building to engage students and increase achievement. Randee provided this support by developing and delivering professional development sessions on a variety of topics, providing one-on-one training or coaching sessions, creating and modeling highly engaging integrated lessons, as well as providing in-class coaching and support. She also assisted non-instructional staff with all school-based operational support programs.

In April 2017, Randee changed positions, again, to become a Technology Program Specialist for the District. Ever passionate about technology integration, she still supports five high schools. However, she now applies her experience, skills, and knowledge to the support of many District-wide projects through the Office of Educational Technology.
