Leadership and Staff
The Office of Evaluation, Research, and Accountability (ERA) is a collaborative department comprised of five Offices: Research and Evaluation (ORE), District Performance (DPO), Planning and Evidence-based Supports (PESO), Data Governance (ODG), and Assessment.
Our leadership, led by Dr. Tonya Wolford, is a diverse group of professionals with years of combined experience in the field of education, as well as related fields and specialties. Together, they lead a team of nearly 50 individuals across three offices and drive data-based decision-making throughout the School District of Philadelphia.
