Professional Development for Central Office
The Office of Evaluation, Research, and Accountability (ERA) will be offering a series of workshops to provide ongoing staff support and technical assistance. ERA seeks to constantly improve Philadelphia’s schools by encouraging the use of evidence in day-to-day decision making and planning across the District. Through this, ERA strives to inspire school leaders to enact change within their schools and communities through the use of understandable, clear, and actionable data. It is our mission to ensure that any data circulated within the District from ERA offices are accurate, meaningful, user-friendly, and practice-oriented.
