Centralized District Contracts
Below you will find a list of centrally authorized vendors for specific goods and services. The vendors listed below have met the requirements of a competitive process in accordance with Board Policies 610 & 613, through The Office of Procurement Services and have been authorized by The Board of Education for the duration of time periods listed below.
School District staff are not authorized to make purchases with any vendor(s) not listed below for the goods and services provided. Please contact purchasing@philasd.org with any questions or concerns.
Note that orders with vendors listed as an Oracle punchout supplier must be made through the vendor’s punchout site within the Oracle Supplier Portal.
