The Employee Records Department is a Division of the Office of Talent’s Employee Support Services. Our mission is to provide quality service in all aspects of Employee Records for former, current and future School District of Philadelphia employees.
We will be a proactive, confidential resource to School District of Philadelphia employees and third parties requesting verification of employment. We will protect the employee’s confidential information and only release data with proper identification requirements and employee authorization. We will work with other government offices and educational institutions to provide accurate employment service history.
