On-boarding for Benefits

All the steps you need to follow to sign up for Benefits as a new hire or if you are changing positions.

Welcome to the School District of Philadelphia. After you have completed your Talent on-boarding tasks, you will receive an email from the Benefits office with a link to complete your elections. This is the same email address used when applying for your position. Emails are sent every Friday. Benefits enrollment is self-service through a Google form. You will need to be logged into your SDP G-Suite account. This is the same username and password  as your SDP email address, but logged in at Google. More information on accessing your G-Suite account is available at https://sites.google.com/philasd.org/gsuitehelp

If you do not complete your Benefits election within 30 days of your position start date, your Benefits will be waived.
