Voluntary Benefits

You asked.  We listened.

Based on our survey last year, we heard you were looking for additional benefits, so we reached out to providers to negotiate the best deals so you have the opportunity to purchase additional benefits at competitive group rates through payroll deductions. Product offerings include Critical Events, Accident, Whole Life, Identity Theft, Legal Assistance and Pet Insurance.

These benefits are optional but you may find that they are appropriate to address your needs. There are no changes to your core benefits, and electing these benefits has no impact on those enrollments.  Each year we hold an Open Enrollment.  Look for email communications.  New employees can enroll within their first 30 days by calling an enrollment advisor at 1-855-976-4433  Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 8 p.m. EST

Or complete your enrollment from the Winston Icon in you District login sso.philasd.org/cas/login

Below is a high level summary of the six Voluntary Benefit options offered to Non-PFT employees through Winston Benefits.
