Summer PD: Building Bioinformatics and Data Literacy for High School Biology and Environmental Science Teachers and Students–with STIPEND! Applications close May 15

The PD is designed to walk teachers through an engaging curriculum that promotes student scientific action in their community to tackle the important socioscientific issue of improving air quality in urban environments. The PD will require a time commitment of 2 to 3 hours per day for four weeks. The PD and curriculum implementation during the school year comes with a generous stipend and other benefits such as accessing a stellar STEM teaching and research community.
